Coronavirus Update from Just Ink and Paper
These are truly turbulent times but everyone at Just Ink and Paper is working hard to try and maintain the most normal service we can. Our staff are all following the current government guidelines while continuing to fulfil and ship out orders. There are, however, some things that are outside our control so we are asking our wonderful customers to bear with us while we all negotiate the difficult weeks ahead.
Ink Cartridge Stock
At present our warehouse contains a huge amount of stock and resupplies are reaching them to keep stock topped up. If any of our products go out of stock temporarily you will see on the product page that it is “Temporarily Out of Stock”. If you would like to know more about which products we have stock of you can email: email@example.com and our customer service team will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible. As the situation progresses we will keep you informed.
What is the Plan?
The team at Just Ink and Paper place the needs of our customers and staff at the heart of what we do. Our foremost concern is to maintain normal service for as long as possible while keeping our staff safe. The current issues will not last forever and we hope that we can withstand them without too much disruption. While we all come to terms with what is happening locally and around the world we ask that our customers bear with us. With our team working remotely and experiencing a high volume of customer enquiries our ability to answer the telephone in our usual timely manner is somewhat reduced. Where possible we would ask that all questions and enquiries are directed to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to help relieve the pressure on our team.
