Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 30 working days after you receive the goods. Please notify us in writing either by mail or email to:

Include your order number and the reason why you want to cancel your order and you will receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Return carriage is to be paid by you, and the goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received. You return the goods on your own risk.

All returns must be received by us before any replacements or refunds are sent. We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail Postal Service.
