Quality Of Goods
We stock UK specification products ONLY please check your printers origin before ordering from our web site.
Guarantee
Our GUARANTEE ensures that if you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition together with your receipt within 14 days, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
Shipping And Handling
All of our products are wrapped and packed to offer the best protection possible. Post is delivered using Royal Mail.
Packaging
As far as possible, we at justinkandpaper deliver our products in Streamlined Packaging. This has several benefits for you, the user, and also the environment:
The original manufacturers packaging is removed and recycled allowing easier access to the product, without the need for a box cutter or knife.
The packaging is 98% post consumer recycled material and provides better transit protection.
We use 1st class Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Our Streamline Packaging is designed to fit into your letter box, which means Royal Mail have a better chance of delivering your products first time.
Note that all products are original and genuine and have a one year guarantee.
Making a purchase
Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment via Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not however, indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Price Promise
If you find one of our competitors that has the same product cheaper we will refund you the difference simply call us on 01481 235662
The conditions of our price promise are simple:
You must have placed the order with us initially
The competitor must advertise the product on Google links
The product offered is exactly the same as the one purchased on our website
Product must be UK specification and bought within the UK
The product on the competitor’s website must be in stock and available for
delivery immediately
The product price and service must be confirmed by our representatives
Our price promise applies up to 5 days after purchase

Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to return goods please contact our customer service department at service@justinkandpaper.com, or call us on 01481 235662.
All returns must be received by us before any replacements or refunds are sent. We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail Postal Service.
If your items are missing:
You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days of placing the order
To arrange a refund or replacement of your missing items we have to allow a full 10 working days from the date of despatch for the delivery of the goods (as required by the Royal Mail Service)
Unwanted/wrongly received orders:
You must notify us of any wrongly received or unwanted items within 14 days (please do not open or attempt to open or use these products if you suspect them to be wrong)
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty please notify us as soon as the fault occurs, you may then return your item(s) to our freepost address. Items will be checked for errors by us on receipt and replaced or refunded. If no fault is found, items may be returned to the customer as his/her expense
Our error:
If your received item(s) are a result of our error and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 14 days to arrange the refund or replacement
