How much does delivery cost?
Post & Packing is FREE to all UK destinations. There are no hidden charges, the price you see is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed and dispatched between 9am - 1pm*. Your order will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail and normally take 2-4 working days for delivery. Orders made after 1pm will be sent on the following days post. Orders placed over the Weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Should your order not arrive within 2-4 working days we are required to wait 10 working days before we are able to assume the items have been 'Lost in Post' Only after 10 working days are we able to offer a resend or a refund.
*Please allow extra time for items that are out of stock you can check this by viewing 'more details' on your product.
Do your prices include VAT/Taxes?
For the UK and the Republic of Ireland, all prices displayed are the prices you pay. There are No further Duties or Taxes to Add.
Is this site secure?
Yes. All areas of this site that requires you to input your payment information are secure. Any passwords you use are also encrypted.
Only part of my order has arrived?
Dont panic! justinkandpaper.com will sometimes send orders out in multiple packets, this is simply so YOU do not have to pay VAT. All our orders are despatched at the same time, however occasionally the balance of an order may take an extra day or so to arrive.
I am having trouble ordering, what should I do?
The most likely cause for this is your browser settings. Please make sure that you have both cookies and javascript enabled. It is also a good idea to delete your temporary internet files.
What should I do if I need to return something?

When returning any goods, proof of return postage must be obtained. Failure to do so could result in the loss of items, which justinkandpaper.com cannot be held responsible for. We must therefore ask that upon Receipt, you please check the box/pack Ref, before opening to insure the product is as you specified.
All returned goods will be tested. If no fault is found the item/s will be returned to you. You will be charged returns postage.
