How much does delivery cost?
All prices are inclusive of delivery,to all UK destinations. There are no hidden charges, the price you see is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Your order will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail and normally take 2-4 working days for delivery. Orders placed over the Weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Should your order not arrive within 2-4 working days we are required to wait 10 working days before we are able to assume the items have been 'Lost in Post' Only after 10 working days are we able to offer a resend or a refund.

Do your prices include VAT/Taxes?
For the UK and the Republic of Ireland, all prices displayed are the prices you pay. There are No further Duties or Taxes to Add.
Is this site secure?
Yes. All areas of this site that requires you to input your payment information are secure. Any passwords you use are also encrypted.
Only part of my order has arrived?
Dont panic! justinkandpaper.com will sometimes send orders out in multiple packets, this is simply so YOU do not have to pay VAT. All our orders are despatched at the same time, however occasionally the balance of an order may take an extra day or so to arrive.
Returns and Refunds
All returns must be received by us before any replacements or refunds are sent. We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail Postal Service.
If your items are missing:You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days of placing the order
To arrange a refund or replacement of your missing items we have to allow a full 10 working days from the date of despatch for the delivery of the goods (as required by the Royal Mail Service)
Unwanted/wrongly received orders:You must notify us of any wrongly received or unwanted items within 14 days (please do not open or attempt to open or use these products if you suspect them to be wrong)
Unwanted items must be returned to us unopened in their original packaging
If items are unused but not in the original manufacturer packaging we can refund the customer 50% of the original price
Faulty ItemsIf your item is faulty please notify us as soon as the fault occurs, you may then return your item(s) to our freepost address. Items will be checked for errors by us on receipt and replaced or refunded. If no fault is found, items may be returned to the customer as his/her expense
Our error:If your received item(s) are a result of our error and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 14 days to arrange the refund or replacement
Returns may be sent to our Freepost returns address which we receive on a weekly bases

I am having trouble ordering, what should I do?
The most likely cause for this is your browser settings. Please make sure that you have both cookies and javascript enabled. It is also a good idea to delete your temporary internet files.
My printer was not bought in the UK. Will cartridges from this site work in my printer?
You will need to check your printer manual for compatibility, in most cases the European cartridges that we sell will not work with non European machines
